Before vs After

What changes after 5 days.

Before
  • Sending random PDFs
  • Hoping clients understand your work
  • Getting ghosted after sharing projects
After
  • One clear document that explains your value
  • Clients understand before the call
  • Better projects with less convincing
Sound familiar?

I know this feeling.

I ran my own archviz studio for years. I had a great portfolio on my website. And every time someone asked for "something I can share with my partner," I scrambled to put together a PDF in two hours that looked nothing like the quality of my actual work.

And that PDF went to someone who could have become a long-term client.

The portfolio book was always on my to-do list. For months. Sometimes years. Because where do you even start? What goes on page one? How many projects? What do you write? How do you make it look professional when you're not a graphic designer?

That's exactly why I built this sprint. So you can stop putting it off and have it done in one week.

The real cost

What it's costing you.

Every week without a portfolio book is a week where:

  • You lose clients you never hear back from
  • You get compared on price instead of value
  • You attract the wrong type of projects
  • You stay dependent on referrals

Great work gets attention. But attention without a clear document is a missed opportunity. The document is what stays on someone's desk after you leave the room.

Where this fits

This is Step 1 of the system.

Inside the Archviz Treasure Map, you saw the 4 parts of getting consistent clients:

The Map The Road The Dispatch The Signs

This sprint builds The Map — the foundation everything else depends on.

Why this matters

What a portfolio book actually does for your business.

A portfolio book is not a vanity project. It works for you every time you send it out.

Qualifies prospects for you

Unfit leads filter themselves out before you ever get on a call.

Attracts better clients

It shows the value of what you do, not just the output.

Reduces your selling effort

The book answers most questions before the conversation starts.

Replaces the generic PDF

No one can compare your book to a WeTransfer link.

Carries intent, not everything

The right projects, for the right audience, with the right message.

Can't be replicated

Your positioning, your brand, your proof. It's yours.

No overthinking

Why 5 days?

This is not a creative project. It's a structured system.

Each day removes one decision:

  • Day 1Who it's for
  • Day 2How it looks
  • Day 3What goes in
  • Day 4What it says
  • Day 5Final assembly

No overthinking. No restarting.

The 5-day sprint

What you'll build in 5 days.

By Friday, you'll have a ready-to-print portfolio book. Your brand, your projects, your positioning. Done.

01
Monday
Positioning

Define who this book is for, what you want them to feel, and what action you want them to take. You walk away with a positioning brief that guides every decision for the rest of the week.

02
Tuesday
Brand Guidelines

Lock in your colors, fonts, and visual direction. Three decisions. No overthinking. You don't need a design agency. You need clarity.

03
Wednesday
Layout + Project Selection

Build the page-by-page structure. Select and assess your projects using the AI scoring system: each image gets rated out of 100 for how well it convinces YOUR specific target audience. Plus AI prompts to improve renders to book-ready quality.

04
Thursday
Script Writing

Write the words. Origin story, project descriptions, the closing CTA. 50 words per page maximum. Every word earns its place.

05
Friday
Assembly with AI

Put it all together using the Claude AI system. Generate your final book layout. Export a ready-to-print PDF. Done.

The best studios are not the ones with the best renders.

They're the ones who know how to present their work.

Someone with worse work but a better document gets the meeting.

Is this for you?

This is for you if you're tired of guessing how to present your work.

This is for you if:

  • You're a solo artist, freelancer, or small studio (up to 5 people)
  • You have good work but no document to show for it
  • You keep putting off "the portfolio book"
  • You send PDFs, WeTransfer links, or Behance pages when asked
  • You want something you can print, email, or hand to an architect
  • You're not sure if your renders are "good enough" for print

This is NOT for you if:

  • You run a studio with more than 5 people (different approach needed, book a Health Check Call instead)
  • You want someone else to do it for you (this is done-with-you)
  • You're not willing to show up for 5 days
Common questions

Before you join

I already have a PDF portfolio or a template I use. Why is this different?

A template is a good starting point. But it was never built for your case. It follows a generic logic you don't understand, so you can't improve it. You just fill it in and hope it works.

What you get here is different. It is built specifically for architectural visualization services, not graphic design, not photography, not consulting. The language, the structure, the offer logic: all of it is specific to how your clients think and what makes them say yes. It is built around what is unique about your studio, so no one else in the group will have the same book. And you will understand why every decision was made, which means next time you can do it in a few hours on your own.

I don't often get asked to send a PDF or printed book. Why would I need one?

Most studios wait for someone to ask. That's the problem.

When you post on social media, your work gets lost in the feed. You never know if your target client saw it. You never know if they understood what you do. A portfolio book is not a response to a request. It is a sales tool you use proactively. You send it before a meeting. You leave it after one. You share it with a developer who was referred to you by someone else.

The book is designed to sell your service without you being in the room. That is something social media will never do.

I don't have time to do this in 5 days.

You don't have to finish in 5 days.

The live sessions happen once a day during the sprint week. Each day you watch a short video, do the work, and join the session to ask questions or finish together. But the materials, the recordings, and the community stay with you after the week ends.

If you can't finish on time, you continue at your own pace. Post your questions in the group. You will get an answer. The 5-day format exists because it works. Having a deadline moves people. But it is not a hard cut-off.

My work isn't good enough yet for a portfolio book.

If you are already selling your service and clients are paying you money for it, your work is good enough. You just don't see it that way because you are comparing yourself to studios at the top of the industry. Your clients are not making that comparison.

What looks ordinary to you often looks exceptional to the person buying.

And if there are specific images you are not happy with, there is a tool inside the workshop that scores your images and tells you exactly what to improve. You can fix them with Photoshop, re-render them, or use AI. And the same image placed inside a well-designed book, with context around it, reads completely differently than the same image sitting in a folder. The context changes everything.

Is this for beginners or experienced studios?

Both. But not for everyone.

This workshop is designed for solo artists, freelancers, and studios with up to 5 people. If you are in that range, it does not matter how many years of experience you have. A beginner with 2 years needs a portfolio book to get taken seriously. A studio with 10 years needs one to stop relying on referrals.

If you have a team larger than 5 people, the volume and complexity of your work needs a different approach. In that case, the right next step is a one-on-one Health Check Call, not this workshop. You can book that here: businessofarchviz.com/book

What if I miss a day or fall behind?

Nothing is lost.

All video lessons stay available. All session recordings are saved. The community stays open after the sprint week ends.

If you miss a live session, watch the recording and post your questions in the group channel for that day. If you fall behind, keep going at your own pace. The prompts, the templates, and the workflow are all there waiting for you.

The only thing you miss by falling behind is the live feedback during the week. Everything else you can access on your own time.

Do I need technical skills to use Claude Code?

No. You do not need to write code, use a terminal, or understand how any of this works technically.

Before the workshop starts, you get a preparation checklist that walks you through two things: downloading the Claude Desktop app and installing Node.js. Both are one-click installers. You just follow the steps.

Once that is done, you work with Claude Code the way you would talk to an assistant. You have a complete prompt library already written for you. You copy-paste one prompt at a time, review what comes back, and move to the next step. You do not need to think about what to type. The workflow is already built.

My images are old or inconsistent. Can I still use them?

Yes.

An image does not become irrelevant because it is old. What matters is whether it was done for a real project, for a real client. A 4-year-old image from a real development project is worth more in a portfolio book than a recent render done as a personal exercise.

Inside the workshop there is a full prompt that tells you exactly what to improve in any image, what to fix in your 3D software, what to adjust in post-production, and whether it is worth improving at all or better to leave out. You also get an AI scoring tool that gives every image a score out of 100 for your specific target audience.

And the same image placed inside a well-designed book, with context around it, reads completely differently than the same image sitting alone as a JPEG. The book does work the image cannot do by itself.

What's included in €349 that I couldn't figure out on my own?

You could figure out most of this on your own. It would take you a few months, a lot of trial and error, and you would still not know if your positioning is right or if your book is actually working.

What you are paying for is a system that has been tested across 71+ studios in 15 countries. The AI prompt library, the scoring tool, the book structure, the script format: all of it has been refined through real coaching work, not guesswork. You get it in one week, with live feedback on your specific case every day.

That is the difference between figuring it out and having it done.

What do I actually get at the end?

At the end of the sprint week you will have a print-ready PDF file. High resolution, full quality, ready to send to a print shop or publish online as a viewable magazine.

That is the main deliverable. But there is something more important than the file itself.

You will have a working system that lives on your computer. Next time you want to build a book for a different type of client, or update your projects, or create a version for a specific prospect, you can do it in one to two hours. Not five days. You know the workflow. The prompts are already there.

And this system does not stop at the book. The positioning you define on Day 1, the brand guidelines from Day 2, the scripts from Day 4: all of it feeds into your website, your social media, your outreach campaigns, and your client presentations later. You are not just getting a PDF. You are getting the foundation of your entire marketing system.
